How long do cookies last for?

3 Months (90days).

What happens if I refer a lead?

We have lead offers (opt ins), in particular the “24/7 Webinar”.

As soon as a visitor you refer signs up, that email gets assigned to you.

You own that email address for three months(90 days). No other affiliate can take ownership of that email during those 3 months.

If your lead becomes a paying customer during those three months, you own the email address (and all transactions against that email address)

Who gets the referral?

The last affiliate to refer a visitor before they convert gets the referral.

What happens if I refer a trial?

Trials act the same way as leads. They appear in the “Leads / Trials” column in your dashboard, but they haven’t yet become a paying customer so you would lose ownership of that email after three months.

That said, a high percentage of trials become paying customers, and we have many customers who have stayed with us for years.

What is “email ownership”?

Any lead or customer you refer, their email address gets assigned to you, so even if they delete cookies you keep getting commissions generated by that email address.

What happens with "paying customers"?

As soon as a visitor you refer pays us anything, they’re yours forever. You own the email, and get commission on every single transaction against that email address.

How much is commission?

30% of every transaction from a customer you refer.

And you get 10% of all revenue generated by affiliates you refer to us. 

When do you pay?

45 days after month end. So commissions generated during January would be paid the middle of March.

How do I refer other affiliates and how much do I get?

Click on “Sub-affiliates” in the main menu at the top of this page.

There you’ll find the link to use, and you’ll also see the affiliates you’ve referred.

Please note – this link does not set a cookie, so you want to encourage your visitor to register immediately. It’s a short form, so it’s quick and easy for people to sign up.

You may also want to encourage / help your affiliates with generating traffic and conversions.

Where do I find my affiliate links?

Click on “Dashboard” in the main menu at the top of the page, and go down to the “Share this referral link…” section.

Click on “Links” and you’ll see landing page options we’ve set up for you.

Which offers can I send traffic to?

Our offers right now are:

  1. EasyWebinar Trial – 7 days free no credit card required trail, then recurs either monthly or annually. Link to the home or the pricing page.
  2. “24/7 Webinar” – Our opt in offer which captures the email and assigns it to you.  This then offers the lead a 30 day trial rather than 7 day trial.

Can I send visitors to any page?

Yes, any page on easywebinar.com. Go to dashboard home, scroll down to your links, and click on “customize link”.

Do you have marketing materials?

Yes, they are available on this website Affiliates Assets.

We’re looking to add more promotional tools quite regularly and will send updates regarding that through the newsletter.

How can I share my link?

You can of course share your link in ways that won’t generate complaints to us. Things that will generate complaints may result in you losing your account.

So of course don’t send spam (non opt-in email), don’t clog up the search engines with junk pages…etc. No fake reviews please. All the obvious stuff to avoid really. 🙂

Do:

  1. Write helpful, accurate content that attracts a targeted audience to EasyWebinar
  2. Create helpful videos that may link to us
  3. Send promotions to a relevant opt-in list you own
  4. Run ads that reach a targeted audience (contact us first about this though please)

Do you need a W-9 or W-8BEN?

Yes please. Email us at partners@easywebinar.com and we can find you an easier way of getting this to us, rather than downloading a PDF, printing it out, scanning it…etc.

It’s well worth getting to know the software as it can help you promote it.

Pricing

We can also set up free demo accounts for affiliates – but – you would need a track record of referring leads / customers first as these take time to set up.

Can I refer myself?

Please don’t 🙂 That’s not the purpose of an affiliate program.

How and when do you pay?

PayPal only right now, please add your PayPal email to your account if you haven’t already.

We pay via mass pay so there’s no fees for you.

We pay 45 days after month end. So commissions earned during April would be paid mid June.

We’ve been paying affiliates since 2016.

How do I see my stats?

At the top of the page, in the main menu:

“Details” – gives you basic stats. A “Signup” can either be a lead or a trial customer. Once they pay anything, they move into the “Customer” column.

“Referrals” – shows Leads / Trials, Paying Customers, and also your cancellations.

“Rewards” – shows what’s due to you

“Sub-affiliates” – shows your sub affiliates 🙂

“Payouts” – shows what we’ve paid you

If you need more in depth tracking and reporting, we’re using FirstPromoter which integrates with wecantrack.
