Here’s your first EasyWebinar affiliate update for May:
- EasyWebinar Next is launched and there’s a special offer you can promote…
- New banners uploaded, with more tools on the way
- Ideas for earning passive commissions by publishing videos
Item #1 – EasyWebinar Next is Launched (Ta-Da!)
The new version of EasyWebinar (2+ years in the making) is finally available to all new and current customers. This is a major, major, major upgrade to EasyWebinar.
We’re starting public promotions of the new version. And on the affiliate side of things, in the next few weeks we’ll have a special offer you can promote:
All affiliates will be given a coupon code that you can share, and it gives your referrals a significant discount.
This should be available for you to promote towards the end of this month. I’ll update you by email once it’s ready.
The details are still being finalised, but you may be able to offer 25% off, and potentially some valuable bonuses included too.
So by sharing the coupon I’ll send out, along with your link, it gives your referrals a much stronger incentive to sign up now – and of course – it all starts with a free trial, so it’s low risk for them.
Some suggestions for promoting this:
- Do you have an email list, you can plan a promotion to?
- Do you have relevant traffic to your site, where you can add a link, a banner, a review…?
- Can you start generating and publishing high quality content around relevant keywords, so that it’s ranking for when this offer is available?
- Can you record and publish relevant videos on YouTube and elsewhere, so that when the offer is available your video is already receiving views? (more on this below)
- Can you start testing an evergreen funnel that collects leads and turns them into EasyWebinar commissions automatically for you?
An idea for even better results…
Well, naturally I’m not objective, but getting to know any product you promote, helps you to promote it effectively. So if you’d like to, I would suggest you sign up for an EasyWebinar trial, get to know the software, take screen shots, create videos, and use this to promote EasyWebinar more effectively (which means more commissions for you of course).
Some of the stats I mentioned in April’s email:
- Seeing one trial per 35 visitors from high quality / targeted traffic.
- Almost half of people who take the 14 day trial, become paying customers.
We pay 30% of revenue you generate month after month, year after year, and our average customer value is currently close to $2,000 (higher than that for Pro, and MUCH higher for Enterprise customers)
- We’ve been paying affiliates for many, many years:
- We’ve been paying one affiliate since 2016
- We’ve been paying another affiliate since 2017
- We’ve been paying two more affiliates since 2018
- We’ve been paying five more affiliates since 2019
In the future we may actively discourage self-referrals, but right now feel free to:
- Log into your affiliate account
- Grab your link
- Sign up through your own link
- We’ll pay you 30%, so you’re effectively getting a 30% discount
Again, we probably won’t encourage this at all in the future, but for now you can get a discount on your own EasyWebinar account this way.

Item #2 – New banners, with more tools coming soon
There’s more ready-made tools for you on the way, but for now we’ve added some modern-looking banners in your affiliate account.
Log into your account (link is above) and click on Assets to get the banners – you can then link them to either the:
- Home page
- Pricing page
- 24/7 webinar (which then offers the 30 day trial)
Item #3 – Earning passive commissions through video
One big benefit of promoting EasyWebinar is genuine passive income, since a good percentage of our customers stay with us for years, and we pay out indefinitely tracked by customer email address (not by cookies, which can be deleted).
Interestingly, once a customer has been with us for a year, hardly any leave. Or they leave very, very slowly. At that point, they’re actively using the platform, it’s working for them, and they just stay month after month, year after year.
So we offer passive income, but…
How about generating that passive income, passively? Here’s how…
One great way of generating new referrals passively is by publishing videos. On YouTube of course, and also on other sites like Udemy.
There’s the obvious topics for videos, like:
“EasyWebinar review”
“EasyWebinar tutorial”
But, this is very niche, and limits your traffic and your commissions.
So we can start to broaden this out, to attract more views – but – still attract people who are a great fit for EasyWebinar.
Ideas:
- Webinar software reviews (talking through more than one service)
- How to integrate webinars with ClickFunnels (including case studies / examples to give more context and proof)
- How to attract (and convert) more leads by adding webinar forms to your WordPress site
Simply put, the big benefits of webinars are:
- Attract leads – everyone wants more leads
- Help with conversions – everyone wants more conversions
- Can run automatically – everyone wants more time
So rather than being too niche with your video ideas and keyword research, you can attract a broader business / entrepreneurial audience that is looking for more leads, conversions and time (pretty much everyone in business!).
But you can’t market to everyone, so you need to start to narrow that back down, to something they’re already searching for or using. For example:
- Which page builders are they using, or interested in? (ClickFunnels, Lead Pages, Unbounce…). Page builders naturally work with webinar software.
- Are they looking to sell more products? Well – how can webinars help with that, and what are they using to sell products? (WooCommerce, Shopify…)
- Are they looking to sell more of their services, and how can webinars help with that? What’s their existing lead generation / conversion approach, and how can they streamline that with webinars?
- Which marketing automation solutions are people using, and how can integrating webinars get them more leads?
Okay, I realise I’m keeping things somewhat broad, and just giving ideas right now. In the future, I can send out much more specific and detailed ideas, but hopefully this is a helpful starting point.
Simply put – if you record valuable videos for a broader audience than just “EasyWebinar Review”, and then lead them towards EasyWebinar, showing them how it can help them have more leads, conversions, and time, you’re earning commissions while helping your audience with their business.
